In these Last days, many people are being seduced by the spirit of science falsely so called, namely evolution. While some were never in the faith to start with, many others are departing from the faith because of this doctrine of devils. Satan is using those whom the world perceives as "christian leaders" to push his religion of evolution

The Bible plainly teaches that the earth was created in six days about six thousand years ago. However, "science" says that the earth is at least 4 billion years old. If we want to appear smart, we must agree or else we will look like ignorant, backward Bible-thumpers. This illustrates Rom 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

All who desire to appear wise in the eyes of the world will make fools of themselves as we will see. Their common line is “Well, God created everything but He used evolution to do it..” They say that the days of creation were really millions of years and that the first few chapters of Genesis are just myths and stories. Now besides all the scientific evidence, there are several reasons from the Bible why the two can not be reconciled:

Which came first, the earth or the sun?
When the earth was first made was it cool or hot?
1. The Bible has water before the dry land. Gen 1: 2-9
Evolution has a molten rock cooling down and then water.
2. In the Bible the trees are made on day three and the sun is not made until day four.
Plant life could not live millions of years without the sun.
3. Adam was made on day six and lived through day seven. Adam died at age 930
4. If evolution were true then Jesus Christ was nothing more than an advanced ape
5. Consider this scripture: Romans 5:12

Wherefore as BY one MAN sin ENTERED into the world and DEATH by sin..

The Bible teaches that until Adam sinned there was no death in the world.. Evolution requires millions of years of death and bloodshed before man evolved. And so death brings man into the world by the magic spell of millions of years. two things couldn't be more opposite. Evolution requires millions of years to even seem reasonable. But the Bible requires: Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death....” The reason that Christ came was to stand in our place and take our death for us by becoming our sacrifice for sin. If you have death before sin then you destroy the reason Christ came. By attacking a literal six day creation Satan is attacking the very foundation of the Gospel. If there was no death as a penalty for sin in the beginning then what did Christ die for? And if there was no perfect state with vegetarian animals in peace with each other, then what is to be restored during the kingdom? Now Satan has already seduced apostate so called Christians with his doctrine, and the sad part is that the evolutionists which they are trying to impress have more sense than they do and are more honest. They realize that the two can not be mixed. Again, by professing to be wise and agree with the world, they make fools of themselves in the eyes of the very people they are trying to impress. These friends of the world have gone so far into the devil's lies that they now believe that the creation issue is a trivial matter.

Promise Keepers Take for example the “Promise Keepers Movement.” There are a number of reasons this Organization is dangerous, such as compromise with Mormons, Catholics and any one they feel is pro-family. But what are they teaching the thousands of men who gather at their stadiums about creation? In New Man Magazine July/Aug 1996, the official publication of PK we find an article discussing creation. Lip service is given to true creationists like Ken Ham but the article is heavily biased toward the “Christian evolutionist”

“Tackling the issue doesn't mean you have to decide who is right: the
strict creationists or those who believe God created the world through
evolutionary processes.....Parents owe it to themselves to be familiar
with the range of views and not hold any one of them out as undermining
their faith and salvation.....kids can grow up thinking, 'My dad was so
ignorant, or they can grow up holding onto their faith, but thinking
science is the enemy,”

In other words “daddy don't be a fanatic and take a strong stand for God and His word! You might warp little Johnny into trusting God instead of all of us educated people”
In the section on dinosaurs they claim to give Creationists equal time (either or) but they betray their bias with:

“Strict creationists, who believe in a literal six-day creation, have a
tougher time answering this question...”

Hugh Ross There is no question that PK is in league with the devil as far as creation is concerned. A man named Hugh Ross who has a program on TBN, is causing a fuss lately. Listen to his ridiculous paraphrase of John 3:16

               Therefore it allows me to make an interesting
            paraphrase of John 3:16, if you'll permit ? For God
            so loved the human race that He went to the expense
            of building a hundred billion trillion stars and
            carefully shaped and crafted them for sixteen billion
            years so that at this brief moment in time we could
            all have a nice place to live   (Dallas Theological
            Seminary Chapel Service, September 13, 1996).
Huh!!??? He also says:
"each of God's creation days is several hundred millions years long"

How did those trees survive for millions of years without the Sun? His response to the wages of sin:

...but the Bible says that the physical death we experience is a gift,
it's not a punishment - it's a gift.

Dr. Ross, I would like you to meet Dr Kervorkian He has a present for you! Now who in their right mind would take this guy seriously?

James Dobson

That last quote was taken from Focus On The Family April 18 1991. Dobson’s comment on the same show :

Dobson: Not all Christians agree that the earth is three-and-a-half to
               four-billion years old. You do, I do, in an unqualified way.
               Explain why you believe that?"
Ross:     Well, it's because of the strength of the scientific evidence...

So you toss the Word of God in the trash because of what some God denying atheist told you was science?

"I believe that God specifically created the universe. I believe in the
Big Bang. I think that's a trivial name for it, but I believe that's
how He did it." Dr. Dobson August 7 1997

So based on his own words, he is a theistic evolutionist. He of course would deny this, but what do you call someone who believes God "used" the big bang to create the world 4 billion years ago?

Roman Catholicism

The Catholic position on the Scriptures make it no surprise that the pope believes in evolution. In fact, evolution is the official teaching of the Roman Catholic Church. John Paul II shocked a few people by publicly stating that Darwinism was more than a theory, but he was only echoing what the church has believed for years. The Catholic church is not only deeply involved in the doctrine of evolution, but is also a key player in the most sensational hoax ever perpetrated: Piltdown Man. I used to be skeptical of things which seemed to trace everything back to the Jesuits. But while researching the Piltdown hoax I kept finding references to the Jesuit father Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. The hoax was orchestrated by taking the jaw-bone from an orangutan, filing the teeth flat and staining it with acid. It was buried with part of a human skull which was also stained. The head of the British Museum was taken out to “discover” the fossil. The most visible player in the hoax was a lawyer named Charles Dawson, but most accounts report that Dawson was incompetent to pull off the detail. Chardin was a paleontologist and is said to have been lurking around during every major discovery associated with the hoax. (I didn't get this from a Chick tract, I read this in books put out by evolutionists.) Chardin was also one of the last people to see the Peking man bones before they mysteriously disappeared. No one has ever discovered what they were trying to cover up there.
As for the church's doctrine, here are a few quotes from God's Story of Creation a Knights of Columbus publication in the “Catholic Information Service” series copyright 1955. The book bears the official imprimatur of the Archbishop John F Whealon, which means that this material is officially sanctioned by the church.

In our sense of history, these early chapters cannot be called historical.... Page 5

Gen. 1:1- 2:3,....The early Christians took this description at face value. We do not. ... Page 6

We have discovered how the world was gradually formed over a period of millions of years. Page 7

Now all this is a very primitive conception...It is utterly unreal, unscientific...To the extent that the author thought of the world in this way, he was of course in error

We can today accept what the author of Genesis wrote, and accept at the same time the theory of evolution... Page 22

Speaking of Noah's Flood,

The text as we have it is somewhat corrupted.....Page 37

Of course this ancient flood did not cover the entire world. Such a thing is inconceivable and physically impossible....... The author probably believed that it did. Page 38,39

The author of this booklet has just called the Holy Spirit: primitive, a liar, ignorant, corrupt, and deluded. The Roman Catholic system has no regard for the Bible and therefore any theory which undermines Its authority is welcomed with open arms.

Choose you this day...

The Word of God is true and does not need to be apologized for or compromised. If you still think you can ride the fence and have it both ways, you need to wake up. Either you will take God at His word or you will not. If you will not, then quit pretending. But realize whose company you are in.

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Revelation 20:10
